ii) The second clause of the Land Acquisition Act

2) Finalizing the lands acquired by the government

i) The land no longer needed and that the government therefore avasatu to be the Secretary of the Ministry of Lands statement
ii) Forms of the Divisional Secretariat under 39 (1)

iii) Certification that the compensation has not been paid for the land

iv) Certification that no development work has been done at the government expense
v) Certificate of the owner / owner that the land is willing to accept the land again

3. Distribution of state land under the Land Development Ordinance and issue of a permit

Application for the land kachcheri

5. Granting of state lands on long term lease for agro commercial activities

Required Documents

i) Requesting letter
ii) Land development report

iii) Appendix 18 appendix or appendix 19 (Land Regulations 199.2 (f)

iv) Addendum 17 ( Oath of Land Ordinance 207.2 ( IX) Affidavit
v) Affidavit indicating payment of tax (as per the letter No: 4/10 / circular / 2009/5 dated 29.07.2009)
vi) If the land belongs to a particular institution / department, the consent of those agencies

vii) In the case of a Municipal Council area / Pradeshiya Sabha, the agreement of the respective Institutions and the other relevant institutions

8) Disposal of a grant issued under the Land Development Ordinance

iii) The written evidence confirming that a blood clerk is taken over

iv) Documents and documents sent by the applicant and the family (children and adolescents over 18 years of age) (only when required)

9. Re-attach a Re-issue to a Registered Finance Institution

10) Naming life entitlements in a grant land

12) Releasing Lands to Departments and Government Institutions

ii) Tracing and compilation of the plot prepared by the surveyor of the district authority or the land commissioner's department.

iii) If the land belongs to another institution, the consent of that organization (eg , wildlife , archaeological)

iv) Appendix 14 supplemented on the recommendation of the Grama Niladhari / Field Instructor / Colonization Officer / Land Officer

13) Identification of life interest in a licensed land

iii) Marriage certificate of spouse

iv) Death certificate of the licensee

14) Granting free grants for Buddhist Temples

Required Documents

i. Requesting letter
ii. 5 Appendix of the Appendix

iv. The " o" line drawing of the land
v. Copy of the certificate issued by the Commissioner General of Buddhist Affairs that the Chief Incumbent was appointed
vi. Certificate of the Divisional Secretary that consists of the necessary facilities for the Buddhist temple

15) Transfer of long term lease / mortgage
