1 Kuttapitiya mountain range
This zone is located in northern area of division. the kuttaptiya mountain (969m) is the maximum high in the range.the kirindifall is in this zone
2 Kiribathgala mountain range
This zone is located in southern area of division.the Kiribathgala mountain (948m) is the maximum high in the range.the pulunella is in this zone
3 Denawaka valley
Denawaka river flow in the valley between kuttaptiya & kiribathgala mountain ranges. this zone has the most population density in area
4 way valley
way river flow in the southern boundary of the division at southeast & southwest area
